Russia’s OilMin Novak: Compliance with OPEC output cut deal is satisfactory

Russia's oil minister Novak was also on the wires earlier on the day, via Reuters, echoing the Saudi oil minister Al-Falih, saying compliance with Vienna deal is satisfactory.

Novak also said that Russia will discuss extension of deal in May.
